multiSUB™ Screen is designed for rapid screening of very large numbers of clone screens or PCR samples.
The multiSUB™ Screen horizontal gel unit has a maximum sample capacity of 672 per gel. This allows loading and analysis of exactly seven MTPs in 96-well format. The large gel run length of 32 cm also allows resolution of samples over a long distance for separation of complex sample bands as in restriction fragment analysis. The instrument is available with a 32 cm gel carrier or with other gel carrier options of 16 or 24 cm. This allows the requirements of the particular user to be met.
The multiSUB™ Screen System is also available in a bid package with all three gel carrier lengths in addition to the three gel carrier options of one length. This creates flexibility and versatility. Buffer circulation ports are included as standard to allow for improved resolution on longer runs. Loading guides improve visibility for easy loading of gels.
